m-government is now an essential and integral
part of e-government.

producers not to mention flexibility and capability
to face all challenges and prediction of crises and
problems with finding innovative solutions based
on accurate data, detailed plans, quick response,
protection, and reliability.

objectives and strategies to achieve happiness,
satisfaction, and welfare for people. It seeks also to
enhance competitiveness and topromote economic
energy and UAE position all over the world.
m-government also seeks to apply the highest
transparency and efficiency standards to services,
it also exchanges experiences and information
with international bodies to use state-of-art most
advancedapplicationsandtoprovidebestpractices.
Furthermore, it aims to establish integrated
cutting-edge technological infrastructure.
No doubt, to achieve such an ambitious objective,
it is required to develop educational concepts and
curricula, to educate, qualify and raise awareness
in community to use rapid increasingly smart
technologies. In this regard, UAE has achieved a
great progress at all levels.

DEWA app that has been ranked 4.5 stars out of 4
stars by the users who indicated the app provides

Theappusersstateditsdrawbackssuchasreduction
of app technical system speed in implementation
of a number of producers and transactions. The
users called for rectification of data reception
speed as it takes sometimes a relatively long period
of time from login to transaction completion.
In poll conducted by m-government magazine
about Abu Dhabi Educational Council i-ADEC, the
users called for the council to include all council
services in its app and they also indicated that
the app focuses on news rather than services. at
the same time, the users appreciated all services
provided in the app and considered as a smart
evidence of Abu Dhabi schools.
The 29th issue of the magazine contains a report
of a smart assessment center that approved by
Dubai Police GHQ which is the first center at an
international level in self-assessment of police
departments and stations in a smart manner in line
with Dubai Government directions and strategies
in provision of smart services and upgrading of
professional qualification level.
Telecommunications Regulatory Authority TRA
invited through m-government to Arab youth to
participate in 3rd Alecso Apps Award that will be
hosted by UAE and to develop apps that meet Arab
people needs in all areas.
