With this rapid technological development and the UAE leadership’s keenness  to keep abreast of change, shape the future, and facilitate the lives of customers through smart services, government institutions across the country  have effectively transformed their services into smart, which can be accessed using smart phones round the clock

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, for example, has transformed all of its services into electronic, and has managed to automate all HR systems, procedures, legislation and services it provides to ministries, federal entities and Federal Government employees through Smart Application (FAHR), which provides 26 main and subsidiary services to more than 100,000 employees working in 67 ministries and federal entities

The most prominent services provided by Smart Application (FAHR) include the following Federal Government: Human Resources Management Information System (BAYANATI); Preferred Training Partners Initiative (Ma'aref); Government employees’ discount program (Imtiyazat); Legal Consultation Services and Federal Government employees’ Network
